Description:
KeyMaster is a very neat program that allows you to do different things from the keyboard, like control WinAmp from
anywhere (even if it is minimized), launch programs, and maximize/minimize windows. Supports very complex keyboard shortcuts,
like LWin+Ctrl+CapsLock+A+Z. Hidden when minimized, and can be accessed by its tray icon.

My personal configuration file included >:] Also, the current version may sometime cause the "dead keys" effect
(when the program thinks a key is down, but it is not). In this case, right click on the tray icon. If any dead keys have been
removed, a sound will be heard. I'm currently working on automatically scanning and removing dead keys.
